Harrah’s Ak-Chin Hotel and Casino was at a critical inflection point in its twenty-four year history as it neared completion of major construction to expand its property. Harrah’s came to us looking to establish and refine its strategic platform to make a dramatic impact in the competitive Phoenix gaming market. We were tasked with driving new visits from Phoenix and surrounding areas and enticing latent guests to reconsider and reengage with the brand. The challenge? How do you highlight a property and create buzz when it’s a complete demo zone?
To generate excitement around the many new things to come, we created worlds of play showcasing the property and engaged the audience in unexpected ways. Through the use of 3D illustration and animation, we created customized, animated pods by drawing inspiration from the unique Phoenix landscape, real property textures and amenities soon to be seen at the new property.
Within the first four months of the launch the campaign delivered 31,709,679 digital impressions and drove 3,919 resort bookings.
