Media Planner
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the media point of contact for internal/external stakeholders across assigned clients
- Work with other account leads (account, strategy, creative) to create integrated go-to-market strategies
- Evaluate and recommend focused media strategies and plans for assigned clients
- Buy and implement/traffic digitally focused media
- Report on campaign performance; provide insightful analysis and optimizations
- Identify and implement new opportunities for improving client KPI’s, proving actual results vs. just attributed results
- Oversee media accounting for assigned clients (budget management, insertion orders, billing reconciliation, billing discrepancies)
- Attend vendor meetings to stay abreast of the latest marketing capabilities
- Support new business efforts by assisting with proposals, research, data collection, and presentation decks
- Contribute to agency POVs with media research
- Provide day-to-day support to other media team members; help grow junior team members
- Maintain knowledge of the client’s business, competition, and latest industry news and trends
Qualifications:
- At least five years of digital media experience
- Destination Marketing and Marketing Agency experience helpful
- Solid knowledge of planning/implementing Paid Social, Programmatic Media, and Paid Search
- Ability to analyze raw data, formulate insights, and provide recommendations
- Strong digital reporting chops; bonus points for having experience with reporting software
- Strong knowledge of Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Keynote
- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills

- Open to some traveling
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary at 62Above is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of 62Above total compensation package for employees.
