We’ve been called creative consultants and an integrated something or other

Truth is, we’re a collection of experienced maestros and mavericks who rally around meaningful work that moves people to action. It’s as simple as that.

It all started in the heart of San Diego

62 Feet Above Sea Level, To Be Exact

Client Experience

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Accessibility at 62ABOVE

The leadership team at 62ABOVE has embraced DEIA since before it had a recognizable acronym. Owners and team members celebrate diversity and represent what the real world looks like, including our Hispanic Chief Communications Officer, members of the LGBTQ+ community, and people of color.

62ABOVE is committed to building teams where people of all identities and backgrounds are welcome, supported, and respected.

Beyond this, we strive to ensure that DEIA is considered in every creative idea we generate, and every campaign we produce. We intentionally cast talent from a diverse pool of possibilities, including people of different ethnicities, gender identifications, size, age, and ability. We advise clients to be inclusive in their efforts online, adhering to recommended guidelines for sight and hearing disabled users.

We still have a lot to learn, and we’re excited about the journey toward continual improvement in our understanding and advancement of our values.

“Transforming a retail marketing program into a destination marketing program is not a light endeavor.  Cherry Creek North truly appreciates our partnership with 62ABOVE —  for both the time they’ve taken to learn Colorado and emotional shift they have created within our advertising. We are excited to continue this work into the coming year!”

Case Study

“Partnering with 62ABOVE has helped us develop and articulate our brand’s personality in an authentic, energetic and engaging process that ties together the marketing direction and employee engagement strategy. Work done in the earliest stages of the process gave me assurance that input from our customers, owners, and other key stakeholders would guide us to the best results. The newly minted brand direction, “Put On Your Party Hat,” has been widely successful and resonates well with our customers and team members.”
